In effect, the transformation of apples to apple juice and cider starts with picking apples from October to November.

Pressing takes place in early November to late December.

The majority of the juice is intended for cider. It will take 3-4 months of fermentation before bottling in the spring.

The apple juice is obtained by pasteurization of juice and gives a natural product and without alcohol.

As to the more known aperitif kir Breton Breton, it is the mixture of cider with blackcurrant liquer made in Côtes d'Armor ..

Once drawn from the press, the cider continues its natural fermentation in the bottle to give a nice froth when pourred.

Come and try our award winning products right here on the farm .
Welcome summer (July 15 to August 31) Monday through Saturday every afternoon.
