Covered walkway Field Grosset

Historic Monument since 10 October 1896.

It is dated from the Neolithic period.

Located in the Champ Grosset, near Beau Frero this cairn Neolithic about 4000 years.

The remains of cairn was excavated by Anne Portal in 1896 and by the Regional Service of Archaeology in 1965.
These excavations have update bones, ten vases, polished stone axes, blades and flakes of flint stone disks. Somethese pieces are exhibited in the Museum of Saint-Brieuc.

The cairn has a small annex to the room is wrapped in a mound revealing the cover slabs bounded by a low wall. It is reached by a side entrance to the south.
